Hello Friends and family!
Kate and I set up this blog to share our experiences with our son, who will be born sometime around mid-January 2008. Mom and Dad Shaw are in Africa half the year, Mom and Dad Brandon are in Kentucky, and we're up here in the beautiful Northwest... a long way away.
So we'll share pictures, stories and experiences to do with our first child on this blog, and we'll look forward to your comments and advice!
The picture on the left is in case you missed it in an earlier email. This was taken two weeks ago. She's even more beautiful (and rounder) now.
We're so excited about this journey, and can't wait to meet our son.
