This past weekend Graham took his first airplane ride when we traveled to California to visit dear friends Phil and Emily Greene, and their adorable children Jonathan and Evelyn. Graham had been having a very rough day the day we left (I think he had a virus because he was definitely under the weather) so we offered lots of prayers for his attitude on the airplane. He was perfect! Hardly a fuss either way! Once we were there we had such a wonderful time. The weather was glorious, lots of sun, so we took a 2+ mile hike to the beach, and enjoyed a lovely picnic by the Pacific ocean. Graham has also started going to bed earlier, so we got some grown-up time in the evening!
In other news, we've had a few fun milestones in the last week; last Wednesday he vocalized his first laughs with that beautiful smile, (Huh Huh Huh!) and yesterday he really got into batting and grabbing his toys, which seems to make him very proud and excited! We'll have to try and get a video of that! Well Graham is getting bored with this so I'd better go! Love you all!
